Doctors are not allowed to work on family and loved ones. Mercy lost her parents in the first omnic crisis, its what led her to pursue medicine. She and Fareeha have been keeping their relationship quiet because Fareeha is her patient and colleague.
Though, many of their friends have caught them sneaking out of each other rooms and being incredibly close and protective of each other.There was no denying the two had something going on. All their friends are supportive of them, but as always- Duty comes first.
